I've been pushing this off for some time now.
I had the basic colors done out a-long time ago.
But I never had a face on her. I couldn't get a good
one.
SO, over time I got the brilliant idea of an uber
cute HUGE smile.
She's Ms. Graffiti, and she's mark'n up a town near
you!
She can use her endless supplied paint-can to cause
a traveling paint rainbow to go city to city.
To break the ever stupid no Graffiti law!

P.S. Like my "JUST" made up complete BS story? :)
